JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and create engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Design creative materials such as posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, presentations and promotional materials.
• Produce, shoot and edit videos for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube.
• Create short-form video content, promotional videos and other multimedia materials according to the company’s marketing objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards and visual ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and maintain the company’s visual content and creative assets.
• Ensure all designs and content are consistent with the company’s branding and visual identity.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing and other departments to develop creative content and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, creative trends and content formats to develop fresh and relevant content.
• Assist with photography and videography for company events, activities, products and promotional campaigns.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure all materials are completed within the required timelines.
• Review and improve existing creative content to ensure quality, accuracy and effectiveness.
• Perform other creative and multimedia-related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, content creation or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut or other relevant tools.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong creative thinking with a good eye for design, visual composition, typography and aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting and video production is an advantage.
• Able to develop creative concepts and transform ideas into engaging visual content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
• Portfolio or samples of previous creative work are required/preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and attend company events or activities when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
