Job Purpose

Supports execution of the Club's marketing, communications, digital content, member engagement and event-promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and communications calendar and campaign execution.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and internal marketing requirements.
• Draft and coordinate newsletters, announcements, invitations and member communications.
• Support approved digital/social channels and content scheduling.
• Coordinate photography, video and content production.
• Work with Events & Partnerships on invitations, reminders and event content.
• Assist with copywriting, editing and proofreading.
• Coordinate production of menus, brochures, membership collateral and marketing assets.
• Maintain marketing records, calendars, supplier information and digital assets.
• Assist with quotations, purchase requests, invoices and marketing reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant marketing/communications experience advantageous.
• Strongwriting, organisation, digital/social media and attention-to-detail skills.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working across departments.
