About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation and building lasting relationships with our clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, representing ACO Group and contributing to our continued market success. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales expertise whilst working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate to close sales.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor order status, follow up on outstanding deliveries, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure product availability and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

• Language: Mandarin is a plus! As it is mostly required to communicate with our stakeholders.
