Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment databases, walk-in interviews, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle high-volume recruitment for positions such as Production Operators, Technicians, Warehouse Operators, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, General Workers, and other manufacturing-related roles.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, availability, shift requirements, and other relevant criteria.
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for client submission.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on interview results and hiring decisions.
• Communicate job offers, employment terms, joining dates, and other relevant information to selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of required documentation, medical examinations, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate candidate reporting dates, briefings, induction, and deployment to client sites.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future manpower requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and provide updates on candidate and placement status.
• Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to resolve recruitment and worker-related issues.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, career fairs, and other recruitment activities when required.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency, manpower supply, staffing, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet tight deadlines.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support recruitment activities outside normal working hours when required

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
