Job Responsibilities :

Core Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems on production machines.
• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Carry out machine setup, adjustment, repair, and maintenance to minimize production downtime.

Downtime Prevention & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment issues before breakdowns occur.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of production equipment.
• Recommend improvements to machinery, maintenance procedures, and production processes where applicable.

Emergency Response & Team Support

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support production teams in resolving machine-related problems and process issues.

Documentation, Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and machine performance.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with company safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.

RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Technician,
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and machine manuals.

Soft Skills & Work Approach

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Availability

• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
