Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty shop
Monitor and manage the shop's finances, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services
Ensure that the beauty shop complies with all health and safety regulations
Ensure the cleanliness of the beauty shop, that it is organized, and well-maintained
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff
