The acquisition enhanced Synergis’ overall business strength and long-term development capabilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China, which will ultimately benefit the Company and our customers.
We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of.
Job Duties:
Lead the technical and maintenance team in daily operation of building facilities
Provide technical support and advice on tenders and technical submission
Monitor the performance of building facilities
Formulate and review the maintenance policy
Prepare and manage annual budget for maintenance and facilities improvement
Working Location: Wong Tai Sin / Sha Kei Wan
Requirements:
Applicant should be practicing member of one of the following professional institutes with a minimum 3 year's post qualification experience in which at least one year shall be in building maintenance in Hong Kong (preferably in Public Housing Estates)
Discipline Category A
The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);
The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;
The Royal Instiution of British Architects
Discipline Category B
The Institute of Civil Engineers;
The Institution of Structural Engineers;
The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines)
