Role Responsibilities

As a Wealth Solution Consultant, you will:

• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Recommend wealth, protection, savings, and retirement solutions based on clients' needs.
• Review clients' financial portfolios regularly and provide ongoing support.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and professional development programmes.

Requirements

• Aged 21 years and above
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive learning attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required
