ii) material specification submission,

iv) specialist trade sub-con shop drawings
- Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission / detail design schedule agreed.
- Study consultants' design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.
- Manage the project's design coordination works.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination.
- Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.
- Manage the project’s drawing coordination in between disciplines and sub-contractors’ drawings.
- Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction.
- Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation, to capture all detail dimensions and settings.
- Must be able to convey technical information to BIM modeller/ drafter via sketches.
- Must be able to study and understand technical drawings independently without the drafter's
- Must be able to identify the critical technical information/sections that need to be generated for construction usage and technical resolution.
- Work with the construction team and sub-cons to prepare and submit for approval the construct

- Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams, through clear communication and good documentation.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects
