WORLD OF BUZZ is looking for a Head of Video to lead our video team and shape the creative direction of our content across digital platforms. From strategy to execution, you'll drive the creative vision behind our video content and mentor a team of passionate creators.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Lead the creative vision and video strategy for WORLD OF BUZZ. 
• Develop high-performing formats, concepts, scripts, and storytelling approaches. 
• Oversee end-to-end video production across editorial, branded, sponsored, and event projects. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop the video team while building a high-performing creative culture. 
• Manage production crew, talent, vendors, equipment, locations, and logistics. 
• Work closely with clients to bring their creative vision to life and deliver successful projects. 
• Manage production budgets, resources, timelines, and competing priorities. 
• Maintain and continuously raise the bar for video quality and production value. 
• Stay ahead of social media, video, and audience trends to keep our content fresh and relevant. 
• Solve production and client challenges quickly, creatively, and effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Proven experience leading video production or creative teams. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing digital video content. 
• Excellent eye for storytelling, creative concepts, formats, and hooks. 
• Strong technical understanding of video production, equipment, and post-production workflows. 
• Experienced in managing multiple productions, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders. 
• Strong client and talent management skills. 
• Decisive, resourceful, and comfortable making things happen in a fast-paced environment. 
• A hands-on leader with a strong "get-it-done" mindset. 
• Comfortable working across productions of different scales and stepping in when things get hectic.
