Description:
Responsibilities:
Make accurate estimate tender bid to secure vessels for repair and conversion work
Source for subcontractors for specialised jobs and complex work
Prepare accurate and detailed invoicing to achieve desire margin
Liaise with Ship Repair Manager and Project Supervisor for preparation of invoice
Settlement of invoice of completed projects with attending Owner Representative
Assess, negotiate and settlement of subcontractor’s invoices
Requirements:
Possess Diploma or Degree in an Engineering field
Experience in subcontracting and major equipment procurement is an advantage
Familiar with bidding and tender protocols for Ship Repair is an advantage
Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Applicants without prior experience are welcomed to apply, but must be willing to go through training in a production or design role
Other Information:
Location: Gul Road (Island-wide transport provided)
5 days work week
Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
