Main Purpose of Job

• To lead the Group’s Investor Relations function and serve as the key interface between the Company, shareholders, institutional investors, fund managers, equity analysts and the broader financial community.
• To lead the Investor Relations workstream for the Annual General Meeting, including shareholder communications, presentation materials, Q&A preparation, anticipated questions and Management briefing.
• To develop and execute a proactive Investor Relations strategy that strengthens investor confidence, transparency and understanding of the Group’s financial performance, business strategy and growth prospects.
• To provide Management, particularly the COO and CFO, with timely and actionable insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, shareholding trends, analyst views and competitive developments.
• Oversee the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of investor-related content on the Company’s website, including financial results, presentations, shareholding information, disclosures and corporate developments.
• To ensure consistent, accurate and timely communication of the Group’s financial and corporate information in compliance with applicable securities laws, Bursa Malaysia requirements and corporate governance standards.
