We are looking for a dedicated and committed logistics executive to join us.


Responsibilities


  • Processed and managed customer orders on a timely basis and ensured accurate data was maintained in the ERP system.
  • Handle and process goods receipt notes and delivery orders, vendor returns, and RMA (Import and Export) and liaise with sales personnel and customers.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and work closely with Sales Operations to generate invoices for customers on a timely basis.
  • Communicate with suppliers for information and specifications and deal with problems in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for the preparation of accurate & timely periodic reports for Review Performa monthly and quarterly stock count.
  • Provide other ad hoc sales-related support.


Requirements


Qualification

  • Diploma in Commerce (Logistics and Supply Chain) Management) Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP.


Experience


  • Preferably, a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Familiar with the use of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
