For Bucci Industries Taiwan we are currently looking for a Finance Administration Manager to join our team in Taichung.

Stellenbeschreibung:

The role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial, administrative, and HR activities, working closely with the General Manager, Group CFO, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities.
• Oversee AP, AR, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, credit, and overdue payments.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and company policies.
• Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities.
• Manage HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and labor-related procedures.
• Supervise and support the accounting/administrative team.
• Coordinate with Group Headquarters on financial and HR matters.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement of company processes.

Anforderungsprofil:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, and/or controlling.
• Previous experience in HR administration and personnel management.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of local accounting, tax, and employment regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, autonomy, confidentiality, and transparency.
• Mandarin C1/C2 proficiency is mandatory.
• English B1-B2 proficiency is mandatory.
