We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to support written enquiries, feedback management, and service improvement initiatives to provide a positive customer experience. If you have experience in customer service, written communications, and feedback or enquiry management, this could be a suitable opportunity for you.

 Nearest MRT: City Hall
 Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
 Salary: $3000 - $4000/Month (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage written enquiries and feedback from members of the public through emails, online forms and letters.
• Draft clear, accurate and professional responses to address enquiries and concerns with appropriate sensitivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external agencies to follow up and resolve service-related matters.
• Support feedback management and identify recurring issues or opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Assist in implementing service improvement initiatives, resources and programmes.
• Support communication efforts to promote good service practices and enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders on service quality and customer experience matters.
• Perform other administrative and service-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Arts & Social Sciences, Service Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to understand and respond appropriately to different perspectives and concerns.
• Detail-oriented and organised, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, public-facing communications, feedback management or administrative support would be advantageous.
