Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bakery outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and service standards.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and attractive product displays at all times.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize product wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Monitor sales performance to increase revenue and profitability.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate manpower.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall store presentation.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Work closely with the operation and production team to ensure sufficient product supply based on sales demand.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and daily sales reconciliation are completed accurately.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Retail industry
• Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
• Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
