Responsibilities
- Corporate and Administrative Processes: Mailing matters management, ADM related management, access security control
- Expense and Procurement Management: Rental & vender payment process, initiate office related procurement process & follow up.
- HR Administrative Support: New employee onboarding process support (business cards, stationary, seating arrangements, etc.)
- Daily Operations Management: Supplier management, ADM process optimization.
