Job Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and taxation matters for assigned companies.
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members on accounting-related matters.
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of group accounts.
• Ensure timely completion of accounts for audit and reporting purposes.
• Handle statutory audit, tax planning, tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with bankers, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis.
• Support financial feasibility studies for projects.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, records and analysis.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
