Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand current and future-state business processes.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and vendors to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Support solution evaluation, business case development, and change impact assessments.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and benefits realization to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through training, communications, and change management activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Transformation Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
