A leading insurance provider seeks a Data Analyst in Hong Kong to transform CRM data into actionable insights, driving informed business decisions and stronger customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Standardise business unit sales tracking, reporting, dashboard development, ad hoc analysis
• Design, develop and automate the process and tools in support of performance monitoring and MIS reporting that are aligned with various business KPIs
• Support the end-to-end customer campaigns execution and call list generation by gathering business requirements, providing the campaign sizing, lead generation, A/B test, and performance tracking
• Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT team and data engineers to automate collection processes
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating ongoing initiatives' effectiveness and impact (e.g. marketing campaigns)
• Provide recommendations based on the analytical data, market research
• Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to support customer segmentation, lead generation, campaign optimisation, customer retention, and business decision-making

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum 2-3 years' working experience in campaign management and lead generation (Relevant experience in banking or insurance is preferred)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong numerical sense
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Data engineering skills (Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• Dashboard skills (Power BI & Tableau, etc.)
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
