About the role

This role focuses on developing and securing business opportunities for private venue buyouts and group bookings, including corporate events, brand launches, and celebrations. You will utilize professional beverage knowledge to design customized menus and pairing solutions for event clients, build and maintain relationships with regular guests, and collaborate across departments to ensure flawless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop and secure business opportunities for private buyouts and group bookings, including corporate year-end parties, brand launches, birthday celebrations, and business gatherings

• Utilize professional beverage knowledge to design customized menus and pairing solutions for event clients, effectively driving up the average spend per head

• Build and maintain detailed profiles for regular guests, fostering long-term relationships to increase repeat visits and generate word-of-mouth referrals

• Collaborate closely with front-of-house operations, the kitchen, and bartenders to ensure the flawless execution of every private event

About you

• Minimum of 2 years in F&B, hospitality, or PR sales; candidates with a proven track record in venue buyout business development will be given top priority

• Possess a deep understanding of wine, spirits, and craft beer, with the confidence to present and promote them to clients

• WSET or equivalent certifications are a strong plus

• Exceptional communication and business negotiation skills, with a sharp mind capable of accurately capturing client needs and converting them into sales

• Highly resilient and results-driven with excellent self-management skills to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
