Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.

Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when there are delays, shortages, or urgent orders.

Ensure materials, manpower, and machines are available according to the production plan.

Track work-in-progress and finished goods to meet delivery deadlines.

Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and related reports.

Identify production bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to improve efficiency.

Support inventory control and help maintain appropriate stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
