Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving student recruitment and enrolment through effective digital marketing, branding, admissions support and stakeholder engagement. The role is accountable for generating quality enquiries, nurturing prospective families throughout the admissions journey and strengthening the School's brand presence to achieve enrolment targets.

The incumbent will work closely with the School Management and MCOE Marketing to ensure all marketing and recruitment initiatives are aligned with the School's strategic objectives and brand standards.

Primary Area of Responsibility
Digital Marketing, Branding & Marketing Communications
  • Plan, execute and optimise the School's digital marketing initiatives across relevant online platforms.

  • Ensure consistency of the School's brand identity across all communication channels in accordance with the School's and MCOE's brand guidelines.

  • Research, evaluate emerging marketing, technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Develop engaging and compelling content for the School's website, social media platforms, email marketing, newsletters and other communication channels.

  • Maintain and update the School's website to ensure information is accurate, relevant and optimised for prospective parents.

  • Design, coordinate and produce marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations, newsletters and promotional materials.

  • Plan, coordinate and where appropriate capture photography and short-form videos for marketing, recruitment and social media purposes.

  • Create stories highlighting student achievements, school events, academic excellence and community engagement.

  • Monitor digital marketing campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve enquiry generation and campaign effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the MCOE Marketing on group-wide campaigns, branding initiatives and digital marketing activities.

  • Ensure consistency and compliance with WMS and MCOE brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Core Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Admissions
  • Handle all walk-in, telephone, email, WhatsApp and online enquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Conduct school tours and provide personalised consultations to prospective parents and students.

  • Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews and admissions appointments.

  • Provide accurate information regarding the School's programmes and admissions procedures.

  • Follow up enquiries and applications to maximise enrolment conversion.

  • Manage enquiries through the School's CRM system and ensure accurate and timely tracking of leads from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

  • Maintain accurate admissions records, enquiry databases and student documentation

Marketing & Recruitment Activities
  • Represent the School at Open Days, education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, outreach programmes and recruitment activities.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.

  • Support the achievement of student enrolment targets through various marketing and recruitment activities.

School & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Plan and conduct regular visitations to schools, kindergartens, educational institutions and strategic stakeholders to promote the School's programmes and build awareness.

  • PDevelop and maintain strong relationships with schools, kindergartens, educational institutions, community organisations, churches, corporate partners and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct school presentations, education talks and information sessions.

  • Support partnership-building initiatives that enhance the School's reputation and generate student referrals.

  • Maintain an updated database of partner institutions and key stakeholder contacts.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with Student Services, Finance, Heads of School, Academic Departments, teachers and support staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

  • Coordinate with MCOE, advertising and education agencies, vendors, media partners and external service providers where required.

  • Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to identify and develop compelling stories, student achievements and school highlights for marketing purposes.

Professional Development
  • Keep abreast of trends in education, student recruitment, digital marketing, branding, customer service and emerging technologies including AI.

  • Participate in relevant professional development and training programmes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, admissions or student recruitment. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, websites and social media platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in M andarin Language is an added avantage.
