Job Summary
Perform dismantling, repair, assembly and testing of mechanical products and components used in the marine industry.
Job Responsibilities
Dismantle, inspect, repair and assemble mechanical products and components.
Perform testing after repair and assembly.
Use hand tools, measuring tools and workshop equipment safely.
Identify faulty or worn components and carry out necessary replacement.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report complex problems to supervisors.
Follow work instructions, SOPs and quality requirements.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S within the workshop.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Support other workshop and repair activities when required.
