Job Description :

Responsible for coordinating the activities within the Housekeeping Department and other departments.

• Supervises and assists in the daily housekeeping of the Hotel Room up to the Hotel standard.
• Monitors the daily cleaning schedule closely.
• Ensure all facilities in room is functional and in good condition.
• Prepare for VIP arrivals and ensure rooms are set up according to their preferences.
• Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas.
• Assists with training housekeeping employees in the procedures and techniques.

• Assist with inventory and ensure that all housekeeping equipment are properly handled and maintained.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
