Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Online Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling online customer enquiries, following up with potential customers and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other online platforms
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Convert enquiries into successful sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Record and update customer & sales information
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in online sales, telesales, customer service or retail sales is an advantage
