Job Description
- Provide SAP S/4 HANA user support within company and overseas offices.
- Handle inquiries and manage issues raised by SAP users within the company and overseas offices
- Manage system change requests from users and discuss implementation with vendors in Japan and Vietnam
- Discuss operational improvements with relevant departments to improve user task efficiency
- Take a role in system enhancement to increase user satisfaction.
- Report and escalate issues to management in a timely manner
- Over 1-2 years of experience in SAP (SD/MM/FI module)-related operations or accounting system input or support is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Basic knowledge of PC usage (Microsoft Office etc.) is required; in-depth technical knowledge is not required.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal users and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to support users patiently.
- Able to think flexibly and adapt to changing business requirements.
