Are you passionate about fitness, coaching and making a positive impact on people?
At Body Fit Training (BFT Nanyang), we’re more than just a place to train. We’re a community built around great coaching, genuine connections and helping people become stronger versions of themselves.
We’re looking for energetic, passionate and people-focused coaches to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality BFT group training sessions
Coach members on proper exercise technique, form and movement
Create an energetic, safe and motivating training environment
Engage and build genuine relationships with members
Support new members and trialists throughout their BFT journey
Contribute to member retention and the growth of our studio community
Participate in studio events, challenges and community initiatives
Work closely with the coaching team to continually raise our coaching standards
What We’re Looking For
Recognised fitness/coaching certification is mandatory
Applicants with a Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science or a relevant sports/fitness discipline will be exempted from the fitness certification requirement
Strong passion for fitness, coaching and helping people
Confident, energetic and engaging personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous BFT experience is a bonus
Fresh graduates with relevant Sports Science qualifications are welcome to apply
