Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Follow up on production schedules, project timelines, and work progress to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments for project coordination and updates.
• Prepare samples, materials, and project-related documentation when required.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics arrangements, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in maintaining project records, filing systems, and project management software updates.
• Support operational coordination, onsite setup and project execution when necessary.
• Assist in managing straightforward or small-scale projects under supervision.
• Coordinate permit applications and required WSH documentation, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with people of different backgrounds.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of project coordination, operations, or event/exhibition workflow is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is preferred.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
