Job Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for designing, describing, and managing solution engineering to match it with the organization requirements, i.e enterprise architecture, policy, regulatory amongst others. The role will process, interpret and document business process, products, services and software through analysis of data, to oversee the whole business analysis team to ensure smooth operation of all processes within an organization. The business analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects to meet business objectives.

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide status updates and escalation to stakeholders including collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

• Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

• Participate in the testing of new systems and ensure they meet the specified requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as per policy and guidelines

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analyst role with proven expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. He/she must have extensive knowledge of banking regulations, business operations, and principles of project management, and hands-on experience with data analysis, database management, and understanding of software development processes. Certification is an advantage.
