Hwa Poh Lou Restaurant Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Administrator to manage our restaurant staff and assist with daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise restaurant staff on a daily basis
• Arrange and assign daily duties and work schedules to employees
• Ensure staff complete their assigned tasks properly and on time
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance
• Coordinate the work between different sections of the restaurant
• Ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently
• Handle staff-related matters and communicate instructions from management
• Train and guide new employees when necessary
• Maintain discipline and a positive working environment
• Assist management in resolving day-to-day operational and staff issues
• Ensure cleanliness, service standards and restaurant procedures are followed
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, F&B or staff supervision is preferred
• Experience managing and supervising employees is an advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Able to give clear instructions and arrange staff duties effectively
• Able to handle staff-related matters professionally
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Applicants with relevant restaurant supervisory experience are encouraged to apply
