Job Overview

We are looking for a certified Chargeman BO (11kV) to manage and maintain the high-voltage electrical systems at our manufacturing facility. You will ensure maximum power reliability, safety compliance, and quick resolution of any electrical disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• HT Operations: Handle safe 11kV switching, isolation, and grounding operations.
• Plant Maintenance: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for substations, transformers, switchgears, and heavy industrial machinery (including high-temperature furnace/thermal power distribution systems).
• Compliance: Act as our registered Competent Person with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST). Maintain all statutory logs and safety records.
• Emergency Response: Troubleshoot power trips or electrical faults swiftly to minimize production downtime.

Requirements

• Certification: Valid Chargeman BO (11kV) certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a manufacturing, plant, or high-capacity continuous production environment.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in HT/LV systems, protection relays, and backup generators.
• Flexibility: Able to support a 24/7 operation and respond to emergency calls if needed.
