Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with subcon on planning, arranging and carrying out construction activities for assigned project
• Liaise with design department to confirm and clarify design issues
• To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction/installation to testing and commissioning
• Responsible for designing and analysing various structures of assigned project(s)
• Responsible for undertaking structural designs for assigned project(s) and producing structural calculations/simulations reports in line with structural specifications
• Liaise with relevant parties/departments to carry out site inspections
• Record construction activities or progress of work done
• Ensure quality of work done conform to specifications
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned with scope of work

Requirements

• Minimum a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of related work experience in structural engineering
• Candidates with prior A&A, airport and office buildings related projects will be preferred
• Candidates will be considered for the role based on their relevant qualifications, skills, and years of experience
• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated
• Knowledge of structural and civil engineering design principle.
