Role Description<
/strong>This is a full-time, on-site entry-level communication role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves engaging with customers in person at events, roadshows, and promotional activities, clearly communicating brand messages and campaign information. The team member will support the planning and execution of marketing activities, assist in preparing presentation materials, and gather feedback from customers to improve communication strategies. Daily tasks include representing client brands professionally, answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement. The role also offers opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and progression into leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences face-to-face.
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts and an interest in customer engagement and brand representation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment, including events and roadshows, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on experience.
- Team-oriented mindset with reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Kuala Lumpur is an advantage.
