Drive client acquisition and retention by developing strategies, conducting market research, and managing key accounts to support business growth in the signage and advertising display sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies through prospecting, site visits, industry events, and digital marketing to expand the customer base
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in existing accounts to enhance client retention
• Serve as the primary contact for clients by managing contract renewals and addressing operational requirements to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to prepare sales proposals, complete tenders, set sales targets, and develop forecasts based on market insights
• Maintain accurate administrative records and update relevant sales documentation regularly
