Responsibilities
Successfully delivered end-to-end freight forwarding implementation projects across global air, ocean, road, and rail networks
Coordinated cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration between operations, IT systems, and customer requirements
Converted business requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs, ensuring consistent and error-free execution
Supported full system implementation lifecycle including SIT/UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
Ensured on-time and controlled project delivery through strong management of timelines, risks, and resources
Strengthened stakeholder communication through structured updates and performance reviews
Delivered training and operational readiness programs for internal and external stakeholders
Maintained post-implementation governance to ensure service quality and compliance across stations
Improved operational visibility through KPI tracking and business performance monitoring
Drove process improvements and EDI integration, enhancing efficiency and service reliability
