We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team.

This position involves shift work, including night shifts, and is suitable for someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a supportive healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and general clinic administration
• Register patients and assist with appointments
• Handle patient enquiries and basic communication
• Support daily clinic operations
• Assist doctors during consultations or procedures when required
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and comfortable
• Assist with other clinic-related duties when required

Requirements

• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on a shift basis, including night shifts
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
