Job description:

• Basic : To be discussed after the interview session.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Executive – Simple Job Description

• Manage purchasing activities and source materials, products, and services.
• Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and suitable terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and outstanding orders.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with suppliers.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding purchasing requirements.

Pay: RM1,659.77 - RM5,281.41 per month
