Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Collection

• Deliver alcohol, beverages and other company products to customers accurately and on time.
• Collect goods from suppliers, warehouses or other locations when required.
• Verify delivery orders against the actual products and quantities before leaving the warehouse.
• Ensure all goods are properly secured during transportation.
• Obtain acknowledgement or proof of delivery from customers.
• Inform the office promptly of completed, delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Follow delivery schedules and instructions provided by the operations or sales team.
• Assist with urgent or last-minute deliveries when reasonably required.

Loading & Stock Handling

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from the company vehicle.
• Check that the correct products and quantities are loaded before departure.
• Handle bottles, cartons and fragile products carefully to minimise breakage or damage.
• Return rejected, incorrect or undelivered goods to the warehouse and inform the relevant staff.
• Assist with basic movement of stock within the warehouse when required.
• Ensure delivery documents and returned items are handed back to the appropriate staff.

Vehicle Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the assigned company van responsibly.
• Driver may be allowed to keep the company van, subject to company policy.
• Conduct basic daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights and general condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organised.
• Report vehicle damage, mechanical issues, accidents or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Ensure servicing, inspections and other vehicle-related requirements are completed on schedule.
• Maintain proper records of fuel, parking, ERP and other authorised vehicle expenses where required.

Customer Service

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival and delivery arrangements.
• Contact the office if there are changes, delays or difficulties completing a delivery.
• Represent the company professionally when making deliveries to corporate clients, residences, hotels, restaurants and other locations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturdays
• Normal working hours based on the company's delivery schedule.
• May be required to work up to approximately 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM when business requirements require extended delivery or collection hours.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving licence suitable for driving company vans.
• Able and willing to drive both normal delivery vans and chiller vans where required.
• Good and safe driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Comfortable using Google Maps or other navigation applications.
• Physically able to carry and move cartons of beverages and alcohol.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Able to follow instructions and delivery schedules accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use WhatsApp for delivery instructions and communication.
• Strong attention to detail when checking products and quantities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
