Responsibilities
A Beautician provides professional beauty and personal care services to customers, helping them improve their appearance, skin condition, and overall grooming.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide facial treatments, skincare services and basic beauty treatments.
- Assess customers’ skin condition and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Perform cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks and other facial procedures.
- Provide eyebrow shaping, waxing, hair removal and other grooming services where required.
- Operate beauty equipment and treatment machines safely and correctly.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits and aftercare instructions to customers.
- Recommend and sell suitable skincare and beauty products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sterilise tools and equipment after use.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
- Maintain customer treatment records and appointment information.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to customers’ concerns.
- Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.
- Assist with salon operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
