Responsibilities
Job Description
Prepare, coordinate and update the project planning programme to ensure alignment with project objectives and target milestones.
Monitor and update the project construction programme and progress status, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with relevant trend charts.
Prepare and issue programme updates for internal and client reporting to monitor project progress against planned objectives.
Work closely with project teams and senior management to provide programme information and supporting details required for project reporting and substantiation of claims.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to identify potential delays, track progress, and support appropriate planning and mitigation measures.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Good planning, organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage work according to project timelines.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided where required.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and relevant stakeholders.
