Job Description
Manage key retail accounts end-to-end: requirements and escalations.
Direct product inspection, factory / QMS audits and product-safety reviews across softlines.
Own departmental P&L, annual plan, capacity and inspection mix; set priorities with business heads.
Lead an inspections team, covering scheduling, performance, integrity and capability.
Identify operational and compliance risk; drive root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Standardize SOPs, inspection protocols and reporting. Coach managers and inspectors, introduce tools that raise inspection quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Apparel, Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 12–15 years in product inspection / quality, of which at least 8 years in a managerial inspection role covering garments and home textiles.
Hands-on command of inspection methodology, AQL sampling, QMS / factory audits and product-safety evaluation across softlines.
Proven leadership of large, multi-location inspector teams, including recruitment, training and performance management.
Decisive, client-facing and integrity-driven, calm under escalation.
