•  Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in coffee, F&B, beverage, or franchise operations.
• Candidates with coffee brand or beverage franchising experience will have an added advantage.
• Experience in managing multiple outlets, staff scheduling, inventory, and daily outlet operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of F&B operational procedures, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination Certificate.
• Willing to travel between outlets across the Klang Valley.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal working hours when required by operational needs.

 Outlet Operations Management

• Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations of coffee outlets to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure outlets comply with company SOPs, operational standards, service quality, and hygiene requirements.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff performance, outlet cleanliness, product quality, and customer service standards.

Staff Scheduling & Workforce Management

• Prepare and manage staff schedules based on outlet manpower requirements and business needs.
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage for daily operations, peak hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and shift arrangements.
• Coordinate staff deployment between outlets when required.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Conduct regular inventory and stock takes for warehouse and outlet supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, usage, wastage, and inventory movement to ensure sufficient supplies are available.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on stock replenishment and distribution to outlets.
• Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate measures to minimize stock loss and wastage.

Training & Staff Development

• Conduct and coordinate training for baristas and outlet staff on operational procedures, product knowledge, customer service, and company SOPs.
• Support the onboarding and training of new outlet employees.
• Monitor staff competency and provide coaching or guidance where necessary.

Operational Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor overall outlet performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure outlets maintain the required operational and brand standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management on outlet performance, manpower, inventory, and operational issues.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve operational matters and improve efficiency.
