Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Build and maintain high-performance data integration frameworks for large-scale banking environments.
  • Develop logical and physical data models using IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
  • Implement Data Governance, Business Glossary, Data Lineage, and Data Quality solutions using IBM Information Governance Catalog.
  • Perform SQL performance tuning across Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata environments.
  • Optimize ETL workflows, batch processing, and production scheduling using Control-M and Autosys.
  • Support banking regulatory reporting and enterprise data governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure successful deployment, production support, and continuous performance improvements.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Consulting, Data Integration, or ETL Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise banking projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter development and administration.
  • Strong experience with IBM InfoSphere Data Architect.
  • Experience using IBM Information Governance Catalog.
  • Advanced SQL development and performance tuning in Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture anddimensional modelling.
  • Experience implementing Data Lineage and Data Quality frameworks.
  • Experience with Control-M or Autosys scheduling tools.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX scripting.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will have an advantage:
  • Banking Credit Risk projects.
  • Loss Given Default (LGD) initiatives.
  • Consumer Banking migration programmes.
  • Regulatory reporting.
  • Data Governance implementation.
  • Banking Collections systems.
