Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Campaign Management:
Oversee search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Content Oversight:
Coordinate content calendars and guide creators or copywriters to produce engaging digital assets.
Data & Analytics:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and optimize campaign spend based on user behavior.
Team Leadership:
Delegate tasks to marketing executives, mentor junior staff, and manage external agency partners. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3 to 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, web analytics (like Google Analytics), and social media platforms.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, project management, adaptability, and strategic thinking
