We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our financial services to potential clients, helping them secure loans from banks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Proactively develop your own source of clients including social media platforms, advertising.
• Needs Assessment: Assist Junior Sales & Marketing in following up leads and completing closings.
• Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with clients and monitor application progress to drive successful outcomes.
• Application Assistance: Responsible for A–Z sales process, from understanding customer needs, providing solutions, following up and closing sales.
• Target Achievement: Take ownership of your monthly sales targets.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Able to achieve monthly sales target of RM20,000 to RM30,000.
• Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
• Proactive, willing to discuss, learn and improve.
• Resilient, target-driven and able to work under pressure.
