Delivery & fulfilment operations

• Prepare daily deliveries: delivery notes, route planning, sticker printing, packing and labelling of cups, tubs and boxes
• Coordinate collections and hand-offs with delivery riders and courier partners
• Keep storage, inventory and the fulfilment area organised and audit-ready

Order & invoice administration

• Enter client orders into the production workflow for the team to fulfil
• Generate invoices accurately and issue them to clients upon approval
• Record client payments and attach payment confirmations in QuickBooks

Client & inquiry management

• Manage ongoing orders and communication with existing clients
• Handle client inquiries professionally, escalating new-business and pricing matters as appropriate
• Build reliable, friendly working relationships that reflect well on Olly's

Event coordination

• Coordinate event logistics end to end: crew, drivers, equipment and printed materials
• Liaise with printing partners for stickers, foam boards and other event collateral
• Ensure each event is well-prepared and runs smoothly

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
