Job Overview:

MQE is responsible for ensuring the stability and excellence of the production process. The MQE is a hands-on role focused on the shop floor. Monitor real-time production quality, lead failure investigations, and drive continuous improvement to ensure that all products meet both customer specifications and internal quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• SPEC review/definition
• Inspection intelligence/Each process IPQA inspection bottleneck/ manual handling improves
• QIMS /Inline deviation/customer voice handle.
• Critical defect mode Sky net/IPO/CIP define/action follow up.
• Process expert/BKM study /Process risk map/Dashboard.
• Key Device Sky net/IPO/CIP define/action follow up.
• Internal/External audit prepare and follow up.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Degree in Science and engineering or other related field.
• Experience in SPC, Sample inspection (LTPD/AQL), QC Seven statistical techniques, and word processing ability.
• More than one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
