Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance and Accounting team in daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Support the preparation, checking, and filing of invoices, payment documents, and financial records
• Assist with data entry and updating accounting records in the system
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment status
• Support the reconciliation of invoices, payments, and financial records
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and other accounting-related documents
• Support the Finance team in other tasks and projects as assigned
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in:
• Accounting / Finance
• Business Administration
• Finance and Banking
• Other related disciplines
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel is an advantage

Working Condition

• Standard office and production environment, with different zones such as assembly lines, workshops, warehouses, quality assurance rooms, testing areas, and additional areas.
