Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB (MTD) and other statutory submissions.
- Handle payroll calculations, statutory filings, payment deadlines, and related payroll matters using HR systems.
- Monitor staff attendance and maintain accurate records, analysis, and reports.
- Provide HR support and advice to Management on employee relations, counselling, disciplinary matters, investigations, warning letters, and other HR-related matters.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, resignation, and termination.
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook in compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies, including LHDN, EPF, PERKESO, EIS, JTK, ESD, and HRD Corp.
- Manage HRD Corp submissions, claims, and related training matters.
- Manage HR and administrative documents, including contracts, licences, permits, tenancy agreements, foreign worker visas, and other related matters.
- Handle general administrative matters such as equipment leases, telecommunication accounts, office supplies, and stationery.
- Maintain proper and organised HR and administrative records.
- Provide HR and administrative support to Management and employees.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, and PCB (MTD).
- Experience with SQL Payroll is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in employee relations, disciplinary matters, counselling, investigations, and HR documentation.
- Experience in recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience liaising with LHDN, EPF, PERKESO, EIS, JTK, ESD, and HRD Corp.
- Experience handling HR matters for multiple outlets/branches is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to handle both HR and administrative duties.
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
